## **Riverstone: porcelain stoneware inspired by river stone, where material, design and contemporary architecture meet **
In the world of **stone-effect porcelain stoneware,** some collections go beyond simple natural inspiration to become a true architectural language. **Riverstone by Tagina** was created with exactly this purpose: **to reinterpret river stone through a contemporary lens**, preserving its authentic material essence and transforming it into a sophisticated surface designed for modern projects.
Its inspiration is rooted in the memory of ancient pavements found in medieval porticoes and courtyards, where water-smoothed pebbles played a silent yet timeless role, shaped by time and generations. From this evocative heritage comes **a collection that blends history and innovation**, perfectly suited to contemporary architecture, residential spaces and contract environments.
## **A modular aesthetic: three graphics for different material intensities **
The collection unfolds through **three coordinated graphics** — **Sand, Rock and Full Rock** — allowing designers to adjust the surface intensity according to the project concept.

**Sand** offers a refined, uniform background with a delicate, sandy texture. **Rock** enhances the presence of pebbles, while **Full Rock** represents the most expressive material interpretation, ideal for striking and scenic outdoor spaces.
A single collection, yet with multiple expressive registers: a continuous language that ensures compositional freedom and aesthetic coherence.
**Creative freedom for contemporary design**
**Riverstone** is conceived as **a true design tool**: it offers complete flexibility in composition, seamless visual continuity between interiors and exteriors, and modularity in the combination of textures, formats and finishes.
Tagina defines this quality as genuine compositional modularity, capable of generating depth, contrasts and architectural volumes while maintaining aesthetic uniformity and technical performance in every setting.
An ideal solution for those seeking coordinated surfaces for floors and walls in interior design, hospitality and public spaces.
## **The Soft finish: a surprisingly tactile surface **
Among the collection’s most distinctive features stands out the **Soft finish**, one of Riverstone’s most innovative elements.
Thanks to a **special lapping technology**, the pebbles are polished while the background remains pleasantly matte. The result is **a unique material depth** — warm, elegant and tactile — perceived at first glance and confirmed at the first touch.
A detail that makes Riverstone particularly suited to contemporary spaces where material becomes a sensory experience.
## **Six natural shades for balanced architectural palettes **
The collection is available in six colors inspired by the authentic tones of stone and riverbeds, from the enveloping warmth of Caramel and Beige to cooler, modern nuances such as Grey and Smoke.
Each shade is designed to dialogue with materials like wood, concrete and metal, offering perfect palettes for architects and interior designers.
## **Large slabs and outdoor R11: aesthetics and performance **
Riverstone offers a complete range of sizes, including the large 120×280 slab, the versatile 60×120, and outdoor versions with 20 mm thickness and R11 anti-slip finish.
A structure designed to meet the technical and stylistic needs of every project, ensuring continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
